Hello

My husband just asked me, “Do you ever do anything halfway?” I looked at him like, “What are you talking about?” Turns out he’s referring to me in this moment. I just had this idea pop into my head today to create one complete website that represents me and all of my career passions, and here I am…maybe five hours later, still tapping away at the keyboard. So no, I don’t do anything halfway.

I’m not sure what this will become, but maybe someone will enjoy reading the ridiculous things that happen during my day as a working-for-self mom of (almost) three.

My boys started camp at their new ‘school’ this week, and I was shocked to learn that my oldest made a new friend, and SHE is a GIRL that wore a sunflower shirt, because he can’t remember her name. Previously, girls have been a big gross NO from him, so this is major friendship progress. I told him to ask her name tomorrow. He told me that he’s shy. We will try again tomorrow.

Oh, Also, I’m six months months pregnant and have major nesting vibes, so naturally, I moved the couch around today to clean underneath it. Found items: grape vine, popcorn, penny, 2 green crayons, lego, dog chew, pretend toast, boogie board pen, red ‘thing’, pink bug, green robot man. My kids were thrilled, really.
